Safety Boy made an appearance at Family Home Evening this week. He taught us what to do in case of a fire and we went over our escape plan.
Jake is in Cub Scouts (he's a bear) and one of the merit badges requires him learn about safety and emergencies. We thought it would be fun for him to teach the whole family. In true Jake fashion, he wanted to dress up like a superhero. It made for a really fun night and now each of the kids wants to dress up and teach a lesson. Up next, Conservation Girl.
